Ship to Order/Pre-Order Policy
SHIP TO ORDER / PRE-ORDER POLICY
Ship to Order are items that are only available for purchase online. These items are ordered directly from our supplier after you complete your order on our website.
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date.
HOW TO PURCHASE SHIP TO ORDER & PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Add your desired items to the cart and proceed with checkout as you would with in stock items. If you would like the items to be shipped to you please ensure to select the correct shipping option. You will automatically receive your order tracking information once your order has been shipped to you.
We suggest that ship to order & pre-order items be ordered separately from “in-stock” items, as in stock merchandise can be shipped immediately. If you combine in-stock and ship to order and/or pre-order items into one purchase, all items will be shipped to you when we receive the ship to order and/or pre-order item(s).
SHIPPING SHIP TO ORDER & PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Each ship to order or item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date.
Ship to order & Pre-order items may be shipped 2-4 weeks after your purchase date. This time frame is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to keep you up to date if any changes not may occur.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
All items can be returned if they meet our Return Policy requirement. Click here to view our return/exchange policy. Please note, if you would like to change the size, color, or style prior to the shipment of your order, this may extend the arrival date of your order.
Cancellations are permitted, but are non-refundable. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at: email@example.com and we will gladly provide you with a store credit in the form of a gift card.
